Rondas
2008
16.2 hh Dark Bay Thoroughbred Gelding
EXPERIENCE & TRAINING – Just
off-the-track after running (and coming in nearly last) in only
three races. His flat work is progressing and his fence work is
very nice as learns over some cross rails and 2'3" verticals and
oxers.
CONFORMATION & MOVEMENT – Elegant,
beautifully built, tall and leggy with plenty of shoulder. He
has solid, blemish-free legs that I attribute to his short career
on the track. He has wonderful, free movement when he plays in
the field. So far he has been quiet and easy to work around in
the barn and uncomplicated to ride. His facial expressions are
full of curious energy as he explores his surroundings.
HISTORY – Rondas in the second
horse I've gotten directly from a kind trainer at the track. He
arrived on the farm sound and in good health in October 2011
SPECIFICS – full-cheek waterford,
regular bridle with standing martingale, a regular tree saddle
with a 50" girth,
and a 80" blanket.
VETERINARY & SOUNDNESS – He
has not been hurt, lame, or ill since his arrival on the farm. |
